One very ugly website that I stumbled across was http://paperrad.org/. This is one of the most poorly designed websites I have ever seen. The main page shows dogs faces all along and up and down the page. The area behind the dogs faces switches between bright blue and yellow about 5 times a second. Everything is center justified, but because of the bright changing background your attention does not really go to the middle. Plus everything to click on in the middle is extremely bright too, but it is hard to see because of the obnoxious background. Most of the text and visuals in the center are changing colors or moving, which also make it hard to tell exactly what there is. There is so much going on in a small space and too many changing visuals that it just does not work at all.
