Post Secret has a well laid out webpage.
I think it is beautiful because it focuses of the people's art first. The cards are justified left, where the eye looks naturally focuses while reading. No attention is taken away from the postcards with background or advertisements, the background is plain black.
Advertisements for the books, and sometimes college appearances, are located near the bottom of the page and they are not intrusive. The ads look like postcards themselves, as do the helpline and suicide hotline ads. Post Secret plays to it's audience, while it effectively and intentionally draws attention to certain areas of the page.
