I've never really thought about style when I write. I know that I have a very personal and opinionated style of writing. I write what I believe in and I write what I feel at the time. My audience does have something to do with my style however. Every paper is different. For example my style would be different if I were telling a story about me compared to doing a research paper on a topic. I would be more personal in a paper about myself, and would come off more informational and convincing in a research paper. I would say that my wrtiting style depends on what Im writing about and the style of paper that is assigned. I personally find papers about myself and things I enjoy more entertaining and enjoyable to write than things that I don't really have an emotional attachment to.
