My Style

When I am not doing a million things at once, one hobby I love is free writing. There is nothing more relaxing to me than to just let everything out by writing. Ever since my freshmen year in high school, I have always writen a synapses of all of the events that happened during the summer months. After 4 years went by I started to realize that I have a very predominant style of writing. My style is very laid back, super casual, fun, and almost sounds as if it would come from a gossip magazine or a television show. I love to be sarcastic and really personal in all of my pieces, even research papers. To be able to not put your name on a paper and have someone recognize that it is yours is a really good accomplished feeling because it means that you addressed the audience all while never losing your style of writing. Since I like to free write, I tend not to worry so much about my audience but when I write for school I take into consideration who will be reading my paper. I then decipher what type of language will be appropriate, etc.
