Researching Research

Research papers are not my favorite but i actually like them. they are very hard to do if you're not interested in your topic or don't enjoy it. and you really have to do a step by step process. you also cant wait until the last minute to do it. in enc1101 i wrote a research paper on music influencing dance throughout the decades. i described how music changed, started or influenced dance which then had an effect on overall society. i really liked doing this because i was talking about something i like but i also learned a lot more than expected. but, in the past i have also been assigned topics that were awful. i usually use the Internet with a few books for sources. i do that because i always use a ton of sources and ,ix them all together, i think this is the most accurate thing to do. also, after learning the drafting process research papers have become way easier. i also think that visual aids are a really good thing to use in longer research papers. this is because usually you cant create as much imagery or emotion as you can in a personal narrative. in my papers this is my favorite thing to do. i love showing, not telling. pictures literally show and exemplify what you're saying. at the same time, they keep the reader intrigued because research papers are lengthy. i guess you could say I'm a little excited about this paper. i enjoy doing it but its just hard to get started. also, i love being creative and not sticking to a prompt. kind of like writing out of the box. Whit research papers its more structured.
