My real dream show

If I could create a reality show, the first thing that came to mind was to bring back a very interesting reality show that I have already seen. Rocco was based on a chef trying to open up a restaurant in New York City.  People traveled from all over the world to come eat at the restaurant since they were so obsessed with the show.  The twist would be that it is my restaurant.  I would not be the chef but I would own the restaurant and make every decision.  The restaurant would be located in South Beach since there is every type of restaurant and every type of tourist, I couldn't go wrong.  The characters would obviously be the restaurant staff, customers, and me.  I think I would want the show to be aired on NBC  because it is a family show but also an adult show.  

In real life, I will not have a T.V. show about this but hopefully I'll actually have my restaurant in South Beach so come find me in 15 years to see if it actually happens!
